Cant use ranks or get Ownership #302

I recently installed Evolve on my Server. and It starts us off as Super Admins 
and I have no clue how to make it so we can use the things inside evolve. I 
cant even set myself as Owner and my other admins cant do anything ether.

Please help i got an Dedicatet server and i aint getting the ownership no
