gamemod broken #452

there is a problem with evolve on my server
the gamemod is broken when evolve is instaled
no noclip, no weapon, imposible to spawn anything and all playermodel are grey 
dude

the server is up to date and the bug is fixed when i remove evolve from the 
addon folder
