Whole mod locks up #503

I get errors like this:

[ERROR] addons/evolve-master/lua/ev_framework.lua:109: attempt to call method 
'Log' (a nil value)

   2. unknown - addons/evolve-master/lua/ev_framework.lua:280

and playermodels like this:

Q menu works, but weapons don't spawn, again with an error. This makes Evolve 
totally useless, and no other admin mod has a working uammo plugin except 
Exsto, and it doesn't even open the menu, though it works in the console.

Also, sorry for the double post, but I forgot to say:

I'm using the SVN version of evolve, the latest, and I have used ULX prior. 
ULib is also installed. I've given up on evolve and switched entirely to ULX 
for now.
