fix: Update tests and cli for new create + commit

Changes

• Update cli with new create and commit workflows
• Update related tests
• Deleted unused test_playbook_validation.py

Remarks

• Test child workflow will still fail until support for ⁠ run_if ⁠ ⁠ for_each ⁠ and ⁠ returns is added.
• this happens because we now no longer commit directly from YAML into a deployed workflow definition, so in the new commit process, the DSLInput keys that aren’t implemented yet evaluate as None
