feat: Add cancel and terminate

Features

• Add cancellation (cli only) and termination (cli and UI)
• Updated termination and cancellation icons

Changes

• Make workflow run nav hover only on the right triangle

Remarks

• This is a feature that should exist anyways, also it's a band aid solution for the infinite retry bug in child workflow failures
