Pull Request: Rename Secret Key for CrowdSec Integration

Description

This PR updates the name of the secret key used for the integrations.crowdsec.search_ip_address, renaming it from CROWDSEC_API_KEY to CTI_API_KEY. This change standardizes the naming convention, ensuring better clarity.
