I am aware I can override the svg.html to add a new icon. I was asking if this can be part of the core?

When I'm trying to add new svg downloading from the internet, it is not playing well with the rest of the icons.

Clearly not identifiable.

One more from Wikimedia commons:

I have limited knowledge of SVGs. Can you please add it?
