I think this could be a great collaborative blog post for us to publish. Hopefully it will give us some ideas of more in-depth blog posts in the future and give us a great recruiting tool.

Ideas about what this would include @TrackMaven/engineers? Add below...

[x] Scaling form 4 to 8 engineers
[x] Moving from Heroku to AWS
[x] Scaling EVERYTHING
[x] Introducing ElasticSearch to our stack
