Additional changes in code:

Change Consent_App to GPC_Control_App
Change consent in screenshot / UI to GPC value
Change consent in paths to gpc_control
Change attribute name from 'consent' to 'gpc' in the Apps, e.g. https://github.com/kasnder/gpc_android/blob/384b273988e1938aaa20e935c90a57537d4f97dc/Test_App/app/src/main/java/net/kollnig/consent/gpc_android/test/MainActivity.java#L37

Great, thanks for this. Reads super well! Were you gonna include the other changes besides those to the README.md, too?

I'm also happy to make these changes myself. :)

Hi. Please go ahead and implement them as you see fit. I did plan on implementing them initially (hence the phrasing), but I've run out of time for the day - so I won't be able to until after the weekend.
