[x] Remove hard-coded destiny/instance helpers
[x] Remove hard-coded constants (leverage config)
[x] Proper handling of OAUTH that isn't hack city

Then start to actually work on the site.

Appears bringing that box to PHP74 is not easy, because it is still on Ubuntu 14.0.4. I could bring it up to latest remotely, but there is always a chance that fails since over SSH and I don't want to break d1 DS or bots.tracker if that upgrade messes them up.

I'll grab you on Discord @bladefist to talk this out.
