I'm a bit confused by this PR, it says "import, update, and export of Plugin Presets" but has changes in 99 files and a lot of commits that seem unrelated to this?

Is it possible to simplify it to just the relevant changes?

Oh also, it will need to be rebased on develop as develop gets merged in to main.

Hey this is my bad, this PR was intended to be bound for BeatConnect's version of the engine, not THE engine. Sorry!
