Disc Usage #1

Redirecting subprocess output to files is causing extremely high disc usage for harder diagrams. Fix should be simple, as if memory serves we can ignore the numOutput files

Retesting on a dual boot of Ubuntu instead of using WSL is suggesting that WSL may be the culprit here. Further testing and an update to the readme coming later today

It appears this was a memory usage issue. I have added memory usage restrictions and am performing a final test now.
