Summary:
This PR moves and categorises certain docs as legacy since we have moved on from the proof-of-concept implementation. It consumes the tradetrust/open-attestation and tradetrust/oa-verify tradetrust/decentralised-render-component libraries inorder to demonstrate their functionality. It also adds in various fixtures and e2e tests to demonstrate the various error scenarios/ happy scenarios.
Certain portions of the documentation have been updated to reflect the changes required to consume the forked packages.
