Ive set 2 deadblocks and it did only 1, I think I had the same error another time, not sure why but maybe would be nice if its possible to wait for the tx to be confirmed before sending the buy order ? On eth it should be ok since blocks are pretty long and we dont care about position but gas when we buy with deadblocks
