Signs in worlds with _ do not create properly when using sign creation

Expected behavior

Sign should create properly and commands should be usable

Observed/Actual behavior

Header remains black and looses brackets ([``]), commands do not work on sign

Steps/models to reproduce

Create world with _ in the name and try to create sign by typing [Trade] on the sign
