Fixed name not being reset when chest is broken

Slightly changes formatting on chests and leaves original name so be reset to when chest is broken

-Works with old names, however doesn't change theirs names back yet

Also, I don't remember whether we ended up measuring the maximum inventory title length. How exactly are we handling it?

There's a setting in the config for amount of users, otherwise has no max but does seem to start having an affect on server after too many

And i think i said i was going to do this and never got around to it since it wasnt on the to do list
