Fixed LAVV Lines and Add Erlangen Busses #127

There was an error with the LAVV-SWL Lines which contained a wrong OperatorCode and therefore wasn't shown on all apps (Lokbuch app was fine, however Traveldroid didn't work).

Added all Local Buslines in Erlangen operated by ESTW and added the source
