nix flake #18

Proof of Concept for using Nix instead of raw csv files for the data. Please let me know what you think of this. I know it looks a bit overengineered for something this simple, but we get validation of the data and the possibility to generate different data output formats.

Documentation is still missing :)

Another idea i also had is to automate the generation of icons like those in the examples folder with nix, if the data is already there in a format nix can read.
