Fixing issues with DB Regio Bayern #83

This PR will do the following:

  1. Fix ordering: RBs always before REs
  2. Fix for #82: I rechecked all lines according to the given source, corrected erroneous colors and introduced the missing lines RB 31 and RE 29.
