Mastodon integration doesn't work with Akkoma / Pleroma

Describe the bug

The Mastodon integration doesn't work with my Akkoma server, which supposedly has a Mastodon-compatible API and OAuth flow.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Initiate a Mastodon connection request with an Akkoma server (I used my personal one, p.eta.st)
2. Complete the OAuth flow with Akkoma
3. Get redirected back to Träwelling
4. Observe that the settings page still thinks Mastodon is disconnected

Expected behavior

The connection is successfully established

• Browser: Chrome 113.0.5672.92
