add .gitignore for common editor files #156

Hi @insign,

This PR has two changes; the .gitignore additions and instructions for HTTPS. You already created a new PR for the HTTPS instructions, I reviewed it there: https://github.com/TrafeX/docker-php-nginx/pull/157 I don't want to merge in the .gitignore additions because in my opinion these common editor files should be excluded in your global .gitignore.
