좌석 조회시 예약된 좌석, 예약가능한 좌석 구분하여 표시함
좌석예매 시 List 타입으로 보내려 하였으나 잘 되지 않아 좌석 번호를 String으로 보내도록 함 (더 좋은 방법이 있을지는 고민해봐야 함)
