for traditional static assignment inflow=outflow=flow
for sLTM flow=undefined but should defualt to either inflow or outflow (I would say otuflow seems more logical), whereas inflow and outflow can be different and activated separately

changed in documentation and changed units in properties. Not tested yet if it has impact on integration tests and or results for modes for pcu!=1
