Southern cross station platforms (example https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/185447226) has refs for stop positions, but they are not actually used for the stop_positinos, these are tagged separately via ref:ptv rather than just ref. Find a way to let parser know and deal with those, as now these are missed I believe
