[sabredav] - Enter one-line summary #763

I.  Issue Description:

The plugin checkbox is greyed out (the sabredav_migrate plugin checkbox too) so 
I can't download them.

I intend to connect to a sabredav server running nginx/1.6.2 with PHP 5.6.4 so 
if the plugin manager checks against my rc server PHP 5.3.3 to enable the 
checkbox then it's a fail...

Is there another way to get this plugin ?

This a bug tracker and not a support forum. Please use forum to get further 
assistance (https://forum.myroundcube.com).

If checkboxes are greyed out then you should already have a recent plugin 
version in your installation.

No I don't have any sabredav plugin in my installation because I can't download 
it, and I can't download it because I highly suppose the plugin manager checks 
my php version and thus disables the sabredav plugin download (5.3.3 < 5.4.x, 
version mismatch warning).

As far as I know the sabredav server is not required to run on the same machine 
as roundcube, so local php version checking for this plugin is buggy and 
prevents me finishing my installation unless I unnecessarily upgrade my mail 
server.

Yes, this is not a support forum, I know it from long, and I don't need 
support. I just need this plugin.

I have decreased version requirements to PHP 5.3.
