[carddav_plus] Read/Write tab empty #803

I.  Issue Description: Read/Write tab empty at under settings

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Goto Settings:Preferences:Address Book:Sharing
2. Click Read/Write Tab
3. No addressbooks show up.
