Improve Mapbox integration #38

Mapbox have agreed to admit Trail Router into their community programme, under the following conditions:

  1. We switch to using Mapbox GL JS
  2. We add Mapbox attribution and their wordmark to the maps
  3. We acknowledge their support in a blog post / tweet / about page updates
