v2024.3.2 (Windows): Error mining Etchash@NiceHash #51

Non-SSL @port 9200 gives me the same error. Also same error with http://www.tradeproject.de/download/Miner/TT-Miner-2024.3.3b1.zip

Nicehash uses stratum, but etchash is based on ethproxy.

Thank you. That helped.

The documentation is not clear about the usage of 'statum'. Under which conditions should we use 'stratum+ssl://'? When only 'ssl://'? And what about 'statum+tcp://' vs. 'tcp://'? Could you update it?

Or even improve the miner so that it auto-detects the setting automatically?

Yes, will do. The idea is to use as less of options as possible. So in most cases you do not need any of them.

ssl is used if you use a ssl port of the pool you need stratum or stratum1 of the pools does not use the 'default' for the coin, so you 'overwrite' TTs default protocol for the coin/algo you use.

in most cases nothing is the best (if you use TCP).
