Extraction: Escape in helicopter

As part of increasing the extraction types:

• Spawn a helicopter which requires repairs/fuel somewhere on the map.
• This helicopter should be guarded, requiring players to be equipped for the challenge
• Helicopter needs to be flown to a specific edge of the map in order for occupants to extract.
