Ender Shot is derpy #117

And probably seeker shot too. I watched a bullet follow a flaming zombie and simply refused to kill it. Either the bullet wasn't moving fast enough or it was competing with the flame damage to actually do anything.

This should be fixed, new seek algorithm is better.
