Left-Click Abilities and On-Item-use-first #141

Make sure items with a left click ability override their behavior when clicking on inventories (itemuseFirst), because the player swings when opening inventories and it activates the ability.

I've removed the left click bind from just about everything, so this should no longer be an issue for anything except the rending gale. Rending gale is next.
