Suggestion: Original (comical) tooltips config #149

Just a suggestion to bring back the old configs. I'd like to leave the "new" ones, they're a little more straight-faced, but could make the humorous ones configurable.

This one could easily be paired with shift-to-reveal for tooltips. The config option would dictate whether to include the flavor text in the tooltip, otherwise it will only show basic information for each item. The flavor text for each item will be optional.
