Side-Only Types of Fixes and Minor Improvements #204

Prevents server crashes from a part of the bullet homing effect (fixing #201 and possibly #197), as well as cauldron particle effect crashes. The cauldron now only takes what it can use from item stacks thrown into it (also meaning that if multiple redstone are thrown in, it recognizes more than the addition of just one). I also commented-out the line adding unused tooltips for the empty and standard magazines.

I'm really excited for the Hero's Medallion! Please get that item working as soon as you can. There doesn't seem to be a mod OR plugin for storing xp for v1.7.10. Thanks!

I think the Hero's Medallion code was already fixed at some point before the last dev build. That build doesn't seem to be available for download anymore, though.
