Make it blink. Twin projectiles like the real deal? Also give it the Life-Drain melee effect it's supposed to have from Hexen. Make it repairable using the anvil, somehow.

Optional: considering a better recipe than the Kraken Shell?

Now to undo the passive mob debuff. It turns out I imagined Mike asking for this and it wasn't a thing. Editing thread.

The drain effect is in code, it might not be perfect, but it's usable. Later we might want to make it perform more like the item in Hexen, which I haven't played so I have no clue how. Mike can do this.

We can re-open this later if we want to further refine. I'm gonna close this one to focus on other tasks.
