Sorry, but I don't really have any experience in coding stuff, do you mind telling how to do it?

where did you get the jar from for fabric? the actions page?

you can either compile it from source yourself or get a jar from the actions page, but i think the actions page is expired by now i'm not very good at explaining things and i expect to end up giving horrible instructions on how to compile a java program

For the fabric jar file, I got from a guy on YouTube but for the forge link yes it sadly expired.
