Added Form Section Delete and Form Element Delete #10

This PR solves many of the issues faced on the previous version. Edit section is more stable now and the. section info gets populated automatically when the edit popup opens. Form Element Delete Functionality is now linked with sections. Whenever a form element gets deleted the sections attached to the formElement also gets unlined and deleted. Section delete functionality is also made and when a section is deleted, the sections connected to that section also gets deleted.
