Not able to populate values from the device into the Trakhound dashboard #41

This is what i am getting on adding the device in trakhound device monitor application.

But, i am not able to populate any values on successfully adding the same device in the trakhound dashboard application.

Kindly help me know if i am missing something.

Hi Sankarsh,

Currently I only have 1 machine connected to the dashboard. I am trying to set the performance and quality configurations but I cant find where to do it. I will appreciate any comments on this. Thanks!

@sankarshvittal The Dashboard (Community) uses a different server config then the Device Monitor.

In order to use the Dashboard you must configure the devices within the Device Manager.

I've same problem on a win7 PC. I've installed and configured many other PC with dashboard (comunity) and all working very well. On a win7 PC I can set all machine in the device manager, but dashboard not populate any value (all grey color).
