Update to reanimated 2 #46

Hi @Trancever, i updated the package to be compatible with react-native-reanimated V2 and the example as well for better usage. As you said here https://github.com/Trancever/reanimated-collapsible-helpers/issues/13#issuecomment-856515816 , i decided to take care of this.
