Encoding CLI issues on m2 #5

Which method was used to setup Scaffold-ETH 2 ?

Current Behavior

Currently ffmpeg is not supported for ARM base macs, we need to look for alternatives. To do so, we should have a deep file encoder and relook into the encode.js on how the encoding happens

Expected Behavior

Be able to run the ffmpeg command or change it

problem is mainly to be able to prepare the files to be correctly encoded for the encryption channel. This is not a breaking bug to the CLI but will make it hard for users to use
