Hi, Gabriel Lodom, Is it possible to use coMethDMR to analyze genome-wide methylation data? arrayType='wgbs'?

Hi @yeduo2019, we do not yet support WGBS. However, this is one of our future development areas. I think we will be able to support it sometime this summer or fall. If you have development experience (or even if you have some example data we can test code on), please let me know Thanks! Gabriel
