Refactor Task: Clean up markup #107

  1. There are a lot of table based layouts for non-tabular data -- We should create a couple of reusable CSS-driven components to be used similarly to how bootstrap components are used
  2. There is still a ton of copy-and-paste HTML that we should clean up as much as possible
