Fixed specrunner to use exact version of jasmine-jquery
Updated spec paths in specrunner to reflect latest file structure
Note: There is still some error when running in browser about strict mime type checking and this file returning a mime type of plain text which is not executable
This PR will probably fail the Travis build because Flor is working on the grunt command line issues in another effort.
