Integrate VCloud+Chef into Stackstudio. #87

knife-vcloud is definitely one tool we'll want to use to implement this functionality.

knife is a command-line tool, but we've recently used it as just another library, making use of it's API. I think we could do the same here

Maybe we ought to just write our own ruby gem to abstract their api functionality so that it's a little more reusable?
