The instructions for Windows do not indicate anything about Docker having to be started FIRST, BEFORE the other steps are attempted.
-- I was unable to run the script until Docker was open.
-- As a beginner to Docker, this was totally unclear in the Windows instructions. Please amend like so:
"Open Docker Desktop.
Open CMD and run the following command in the SuperAGI directory:"
