I think I am attempting to fix #98

Description

In general this repo needs an example rc file anyhow.

I just follow what others had put in the discord channel and removed some of the values given.

ensure that everything runs after a fresh clone and docker up --build

This repo still needs an example envrc file!

@czezi an example envrc file is not only related to #98 An clearly defined example would make life much easier for those just starting out.
