provide social media icons #23

So far got these for linking to content:

Do we also want (for TbD's own contacts)

Hi

Yes we'll want a linked TbD logo (probably white with transparency as per one of the attached) through the corner of each page with a link through to the www.transitionbydesign.org website.

I don't think the attachment made it into the issue, however presumably I can just use this one:

Hmm you're right - would prefer not to use a black one but Jas might change it later. The issue now might be that they're WHITE :-D so difficult to see the two images below this text.

Thanks - do you have an SVG version of that? (Assuming you want the text, otherwise I can just change the colour on the SVG I found)

SVG below. We'll likely change later based on Jas' design choice of where the logo should go and which type of text or non text logo so you could wait. I just needed to make sure it was included in this issue.

Favicon addressed by https://github.com/TransitionbyDesign/homemaker/issues/52

TbD logo addressed by https://github.com/TransitionbyDesign/homemaker/issues/47

No plans for email, github or address links currently.

Therefore I think this is all fully addressed?
