As per @JasLewicki 2/11 feedback document

Shortening this is just a matter of shortening the welcome page title via forestry.io, and I shall defer the choice of wording to @Charlie-TbD

Although being able to see the result depends on @wu-lee setting forestry.io back to tracking the branch which github pages tracks (forestry.io changes won't be visible until Nick redeploys manually). See https://github.com/TransitionbyDesign/homemaker/issues/62
