Allow social media sharing text to be customised via forestry.io #67

The Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn templates can now be adjusted via the forestry.io site configuration. The defaults there now are what existed already. However, this means anyone with forestry.io access can now experiment with getting them to include titles or other missing components. (Although the Twitter and Linked In URLs should already include titles).

So this is tentatively done too - subject to some testing.

Facebook and LinkedIn seem to get their titles and so-on from <meta> tags on the shared page, rather than via parameters in the URL. So I've added such tags advertising the title, summary and hero image, in commit e0b9ad3829f309b5ab09485274a239e4af76cc4e

I've also updated the LinkedIn sharing URL format to the 2020 version here:

However, these are untested (I've no LinkedIn or Facebook account), @Charlie-TbD - could you test?
