Adjust split-page article layout for mobile devices

Currently

• the split still appears, and it makes the text hard to read and the hero image tiny
• the "back to map" and social media icons are cramped

So the former split needs to be changed to image above text, and the icons need to have their padding reduced or something similar.

I found a problem like that over the weekend thought I fixed it. Apparently not entirely.

I've had to solve it in a different way, but this does I hope now work in FF and Chrome, fix here b2c852bd31a682f3b7b71c91150a70c1c73a2aa4. Can't check Edge.
