add a way to embed a site in an article #90

On opening the article should fill the article window.

This is now implemented, deployed and looks to me like it's doing what's required.

I've added a front-matter field called embedded_content_url. If this is present then instead of the usual article text, the URL is embedded in an iframe filling the space where the article would go.

I've amended the article "Oxford's key development sites" to have the map linked in the article set as the embedded_content_url. (I've not removed the article text, but it no longer shows.)
